I am excited to announce the below promotions/moves on the WEST team.
Ayesha Rajput the GM of Monroeville PA has joined the RRI Franchise Team as a Franchise Developer. Ayesha has been “on the move” since she started! Joined Red Roof as GM of Seattle Airport RRI in June of 2019 and then moved across country to the RRI Plus in Monroeville in Dec 2020 and is now moving over to the Brand side. We wish her the best of luck in her newest adventure.
While there have been no official On the Moves this round internally at WEST, a HUGE thank you to our FGM team who have been constantly moving around to manage our inn openings over the last several months. Their coverage and mentorship has helped seamlessly onboard several new GMs recently, including: Ebony Jenkins in St. Louis, Jason Gretzula in Hilton Head, and Henry Wallace in Monroeville. Thank you to Dianne, Dale, Ken, and Toni for always willing to be on the move when we need you.

Rockford GM position. Who’s ready to bring this Suburban Chicago property to glory? Lots of opportunity here, and you’ve got a great mentor in Erica Carey only an hour away!
Phoenix AGM position. It’s COLD in many parts of the country! Who’s ready to take the next step in warmer weather? Head south to Phoenix and begin your GM career path.
Floating General Manager: Who loves to travel? Who wants to see parts of the country they’ve never seen? Who is a great task force manager who can turn around a property quickly? Then we are looking for you! We have a need on our FGM team to help cover locations when we have inn openings, as well as help cover inns where needed while new GMs are in training. It’s a great opportunity to travel and be first hand in helping some of our more challenging assets.
