The WEST Edge has all the new hire position guides in both English & Spanish as well as the INN Focus material.
These items can be found under your Featured Playlist in the New Hire folder.
You can also find them by searching with RR West Position Guides or RR West INN Focus. These should be printed and provided to your new employees to learn about the Brand and job expectations. Once your employees have completed their training, have them sign the acknowledgement at the end of the guides and keep it in their employee files.
You may notice that all our documents begin with RR West. The reason being that we share the same platform as our sister properties HomeTowne Studios, and we didn’t want anyone pulling the wrong information or template with the wrong logo.
