The January 2021 Inn rankings will be released shortly and we have a new revised version to share. Inn rankings now align with the 2021 West Key Performance Indicators or KPI’s. You will see that there are now 7 categories in 2021 and a few new ones as well. We also have some changes to how the Q score will be calculated. Attention to the 2021 KPIs along with focus on accountability will be the key for success for everyone in 2021 and your rankings spot. Good luck!
