That’s why we’ve created the Emergency Ready Plan (ERP). This plan gives both your team and our team the critical info needed to tackle any disaster – big or small – and minimize downtime and damage. It’s a simple, yet powerful tool to ensure we're all on the same page when things go wrong.
Here's How It Works:
To get started, all you need to do is:

Take a few photos: There’s a list in the document with specific photos that will help our team understand your property’s layout and key access points. Once you’ve taken them, just email the photos to pfernandez@servproteamzubricki.com.
Once we have the form and photos back, we’ll create your personalized Emergency Ready Profile (ERP). This will be sent to you digitally, and we’ll also mail you physical copies (including laminated Emergency Contact Sheets) so you can easily have them at your front desks. We’ll also include emergency shut-off tags for your team to identify critical shut-off points quickly.
Extra Support:
We know you have a lot on your plate, so we’ll also set up a webinar to guide your team through downloading and setting up the SERVPRO mobile app. This app is super easy to use, and with just one tap, you can reach us directly whenever you need us.

The best part? This service is completely free. There are no charges unless an emergency happens, and when it does, you’ll only pay for the scope of work needed. You can even opt to pay through your insurance!
