Swap unique recipes among your staff! While pot lucks and shared lunches may be out during covid… you and your employees may have unique or historical family dishes from your cultural background you’d love to share with others!
SHARE PHOTOS!
For employees who have family outside of the country – ask them sometime to share photos. They may love to share about where they’ve been, where they grew up, or where their family or extended family lives.
SHARE BUSINESS!
Support a minority-owned business in your area! Visit a minority-owned business or utilize services from a minority vendor to show your support for their establishment.
