Tips and Reminders from Procurement

• If your property experiences a power outage, you may need to reset your P&G Laundry Dispensers after the power is restored.

• Verify the pricing is correct on your Ecolab Pest service sheet before signing it! Bed Bug Inspections are $75 and Bed Bug treatments are $227.20 which includes 3 treatments over a 2-week period, plus tax.

• Dumpsters – Never dispose of PTACs, Air Conditions, or refrigerators in your dumpster. This will result in added contaminated waster fees and you could be fined. Avoid overfilling your dumpster as overage fees are being charged when the contents are above the dumpster walls.

• For easy reference attached is the Red Roof Master Specifications Manual (Brand Standard Items)

HD Supply: Ordering, Paying and Managing

• Complete an accurate inventory count and submit one order at the beginning of the month. This will save having multiple invoices to manage.

• For Questions or Order Issues call 833-AVENDRA

• Save all invoice emails to RRI Payables for follow up if needed

• When order is placed, HD emails an order confirmation

• When order ships, HD emails the invoice

• Monthly Statements are emailed at the end of each month

• Credit invoices must be applied so be sure to include those to AP

• Check out the FAQ drop down under your username on Invoice Gateway

• Please be sure to forward invoices for capital items to JB or RFPM

RM Pro Update

• When you receive a capex order or a capex job is completed, please open the work order in RM Pro and type in the “Notes” field received or completed. Then select the “Send email notice” check box and select Submit. This will notify the M&C Team to process the invoice.

Fresh Air Sensor Properties (Important information on when to remove and store the sensor device)

• Renovations

• Painting a room

• Caulking in a room

• Using flea or fragrance bomb

Safely store the device for 30 days after.

OSHA Refresher Training 2022

Starting October 1st!

RRI West OSHA Refresher Training 2022 will be available on WEST Edge starting October 1st.

You and your staff can now sign into WEST Edge and review the required three-part OSHA Refresher Training 2022 series. This will automatically be assigned to all employees and will be listed under My Assignments.

The purpose of OSHA Refresher Training every year is to keep our employees safe in the workplace. Refreshing our knowledge and skills as they relate to OSHA allows us to re-examine work habits that could be hazardous and remind us how to avoid them. Refreshing on these critical topics shows our commit to staff and guests that safety is always top of mind.

Please complete this three-part OSHA Refresher course in conjunction with the OSHA Acknowledgement for course completion. There is also a workbook that corresponds with the three-part series.
