COVID-19 Employee Wellness

PEOPLE FIRST. We are committed to the health and wellness of every employee at all levels of the organization. While many of us may have hoped that by December we would be in a better place with regards to covid-19, we certainly have come to realize we have a long way to go. Throughout 2020 we have put many protocols and procedures in place to help minimize the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), especially at the inn level. These protocols have been built based on a variety of information and direction from the CDC (Steps To Prevent Illness), the AHLA, OSHA and our legal partners.

"Please take time to read the entire attached memo" to ensure you are up to date on what you and your teams should be doing when it comes to: PPE, Daily Health Assessments, and proper procedures when an employee does become sick. With everyone's help and personal accountability, we can successfully navigate through these unprecedented times together!

Following this week’s newsletter, we will be launching an employee acknowledgement document through UltiPro that all employees will be required to electronically sign to indicate their understanding of their responsibility in these protocols.

New Capital Approval Process

As some of you may or may not know, Jon Baaske recently rejoined us as Director of Procurement. In this new role, Jon will be handling procurement and contracts. If you have any questions regarding vendors, FF&E ordering, or a specific contract, you can reach out to him. With this new addition to our team, we have decided to revamp the capital approval process to hopefully make it simpler and more efficient for all.

• Capital approval calls will still take place every other Monday

• All capital approval items are now going to be ordered/executed by Jon Baaske or your Regional Facilities Project Manager (Armando or Paul) depending on what capital item is needed.

• RVPOS will no longer be submitting capital requests
