In the past, VIP Passes were set at a flat rate of $49.99 and were tax exempt. Now that we are RRI West, this process has changed. Whether reserving a room or checking in a guest, you and your front desk staff will now be accepting VIP Passes at the BAR rate and posting taxes. It’s important to train your front desk staff on the proper procedures. Refer to the VIP Pass Job Aid for step by step RediStay procedures located in WEST Edge.

Now Available!
You and your staff can now sign into WEST Edge and review the required three-part OSHA Refresher Training series.
The purpose of OSHA Refresher Training every year is to keep our employees safe in the workplace. Refreshing our knowledge and skills as they relate to OSHA allows us to re-examine work habits that could be hazardous and remind us how to avoid them. Refreshing on these critical topics shows our commit to staff and guests that safety is always top of mind.
Please complete this three-part OSHA Refresher course in conjunction with the OSHA Acknowledgement for course completion. There is also a workbook that corresponds with the three-part series.
All training to be completed by December 18, 2020.
If you are your employees are having issues logging in to WEST Edge, please reach out to training@whgextstay.com

The past few months has been very busy for all of us as we have been transitioning and remapping our roles. Joe has been sharing your feedback with the Revenue Team and myself, and all the feedback we have received has been very humbling. I would like to share with each and every one of you that your willingness and eagerness to succeed has allowed for the Revenue Team to quickly move into our new portfolios. Thank you for making these last few months go as smooth as possible!
As we look to the coming months, the uncertainty of COVID will create new challenges and opportunities for us. Our booking partners are continually updating health and safety criteria to build confidence for consumers to book your properties. We are seeing many localities updating COVID protocols this fall/winter. Please make it part of your monthly routine to review health and safety sections in each extranet. Having accurate and current information builds consumer confidence. Below are pathways to review and update Health and Safety information on a few partner sites:
On the left side of the Extranet
Property Detailsïƒ > Fees, policies, and settings > Scroll down to the General Information Section and open the Traveler health and safety Section for review
On the Top Menu Bar of the Extranet
Property > Health and Safety
The Health and Safety Section will have several simple yes or no questions for you to review
Across the Top Menu Bar of the Extranet
Select Profile > Edit Profileïƒ > On the Left side of the screen you will now see Health and Safety for your review
