What do you get when you take a seasoned GM and move her about 100 miles north? No, it’s not the next SNL joke… it’s Nicole Carter in Florence, SC! Nicole will be moving from our North Charleston location to manage and move the needle in Florence. But it isn’t easy to fill Nicole’s shoes… so she was patient with us while we recruited for her replacement. And we welcome Doug Gordon to the RRI West team! He is currently training in Boston with Vanessa and once ready to go… he will take over North Charleston and Nicole will make her official move later this month! It will be great for Nicole to get her hands on a new property and she’s still close enough to Charleston to help Doug fully acclimate to the RRI West team!
Kara Raygor is excited as a FGM to actually get back to Floating! We’ve hired a new GM in Detroit, Matt McCullough and as he completes his training… Kara will be able to begin helping at other locations. Thank you Kara for all your help in keeping things running smoothly in Detroit this past summer!
