Believe it or not, it’s been more than 15 years since we’ve changed our service award program, and the amounts employees can earn based on their years of service.  We are thrilled to announce the following new service levels starting in January 2025.  All levels through 20 years are paid as a gift card through our Incentive Services reward program; 25 years and up are paid as a supplemental bonus through payroll.

As we near the end of 2024, there are a few things you can do in your Paychex profile to make sure your information is up to date!  You may have recently received an email from Paychex... but just in case, please see an example below.  There may also be a “To Do” in your Task List when you next log into Paychex!

The end of year open enrollment period ends December 23, 2024. 

RRI West Management, LLC is part of The Westmont Hospitality Management 401(k) plan and allows participants to change their contributions twice a year (in December for a January 1 effective date and June for a July 1 effective date).  Contributions can be set up as a flat dollar amount or a percentage of your pay. And while you can only make contribution changes twice a year, you can make changes to your investments at any time. This is the perfect opportunity to review your current investment allocation to determine if any changes are needed.


Please see the email that was sent to all properties and corporate support staff on Monday, December 2ndfrom Stephanie Doherty.  That email included attachments for GMs to post at all locations.  Any questions regarding Principal, specific investment options or enrollment procedures should be directed to Principal at (800) 547-7754.  Alternatively, @Joy Holder may be able to answer general questions.
