As we near the end of 2024, there are a few things you can do in your Paychex profile to make sure your information is up to date! You may have recently received an email from Paychex... but just in case, please see an example below. There may also be a “To Do” in your Task List when you next log into Paychex!
The end of year open enrollment period ends December 23, 2024.
RRI West Management, LLC is part of The Westmont Hospitality Management 401(k) plan and allows participants to change their contributions twice a year (in December for a January 1 effective date and June for a July 1 effective date). Contributions can be set up as a flat dollar amount or a percentage of your pay. And while you can only make contribution changes twice a year, you can make changes to your investments at any time. This is the perfect opportunity to review your current investment allocation to determine if any changes are needed.

All Merit Increases will be approved by end of business on December 20th and will be communicated back out to you by Friday, December 27th. All those approved for a merit increase will see their new rate and new pay on their 1/17/2025 check!
All performance appraisals that are assigned to you should be completed by December 31st!
